EVP localization and communication strategy
Challenge
Bonduelle is a French company producing processed vegetables. The client set us the goal of localizing the global EVP slogan "At Bonduelle, you make a bigger impact" and integrate it among its employees.

The challenge was to create an EVP for the market that would differentiate the company from its competitors. For example, refusing to use standard images of smiling people, as almost all FMCG companies do, and retaining the elements used in the global visuals.
This is where we started
The original EVP was "You make a greater impact". The pillars of the EVP were good, but they did not fit the local market. So we had to do a lot of research to find out the real needs of five target groups: office staff, young professionals, production and agricultural staff, regional team and seasonal staff.

The original visuals were also quite old-fashioned, so we decided to give the client the brand's new faces.
