MegaFon is a national operator of digital opportunities, with a leading position on the telecommunications market. After creating the new corporate values, the client required an annual action plan to integrate and promote them to employees.
The challenge was to develop an ecosystem of online and offline channels that would improve the recall of the new values. We needed to cover with our campaign more than 20 000 employees
We developed a detailed strategy and communications plan and activities to ensure that the new values are successfully integrated and become an organic part of MegaFon's internal communications. It included:

● A series of events "Core Colors" with invited guests.
● Ambassador program and handbook for its participants.
● Flashmob bingo contest.● CEO's values report and employee survey.
