Nornickel — Shared Service Centre is a shared service centre for the companies of the MMC Norilsk Nickel Group, providing a range of services in information technology, automation, finance and other non-core areas of Nornickel.
We were asked to build a strong EVP and create a recognisable and attractive employer brand image, dispel stereotypes associated with the company and attract new, highly skilled talent. For internal audiences, the aim was to demonstrate the importance of employees to the business and clearly communicate the benefits of working for the company.
The value proposition is based on two key employer brand benefits: "great experience for your future career" and "professionalism of colleagues".
Based on these advantages, we have formulated the main idea that we want to convey to the audience: At Nornickel you can develop your professional skills by working on many interesting projects and grow together with an experienced team.
